A marketing agency's client wanted to place orders for print marketing materials from any location around the world.

Solution:

ForeSite analyzed the challenges the marketing agency faced:

  • The client wanted a new fulfillment system that would allow it to place orders for print marketing materials from around the world.
  • The current fulfillment process had high overhead with a low profit margin for the agency. The new system had to change the cost structure.
  • While the marketing firm had web designers on staff, none were qualified to build the needed web application.

ForeSite custom-built a web application, which allows any number of users to order their marketing materials online. The orders are organized, priced, and billed directly from the system and then sent electronically for processing.


The agency is looking for opportunities to expand this system, so it can continue to grow without adding staff.

The computer network of a 20-person marketing firm could not provide the support the agency needed for continued success. The problem? The inhouse network support person had too many other duties and lacked the specialized knowledge he needed.

Solution:

Initially, the firm asked ForeSite for a quote to upgrade its server. ForeSite also proposed a plan for ongoing support, which could be revised or even canceled if the firm didn’t see its value. Within the first few months the firm knew it wanted to continue the relationship.
