"Over the last week or so, (ForeSite) has spent and inordinate amount of time and energy helping me address several of my IT issues. I received the new Fax Sever from Tim in Kentucky (the last piece we were waiting for to complete the Network Server Upgrade) and I was able to set it up and install it in the rack, but was unable to get it to communicate with the network. Jen managed to calm me down as well as free up some of Tom’s time to come by and amazing as always he managed to fix the problem, literally in less time than it took me to get him the IP address. Wayne addressed a VPN problem and fixed it before the end of the day.
